Source
Seed is collected from cooperatives and registered growers across Anatolia. Every bag can be traced back to its farm.

Lots are cleaned, blended to a single specification and analysed in the laboratory before shipment.

Shipped to European buyers with full origin documentation. Smaller orders can share a container.
